Amaris Bandara - Tangerang

The proximity of the hotel to the airport is fantastic! Less than 10 minutes away! The hotel provides a free shuttle to the airport and even gives you a free boxed breakfast, with water and breakfast rolls. The hotel itself is fairly clean and modern, and my room had air con, flat screen tv with cable, a safe, free toiletries including disposable slippers and toothbrush and a hot shower. The linens on the bed were crisp and clean. The restaurant next door, despite catering to mostly locals (the staff could speak very little English), the food was excellent!!

I chose this hotel for its location and free wifi. But the free wifi took about 6 hours to be activated (when I enquired to staff, they blamed my phone). But it eventually came on and I was able to use it in my room (no Internet cafes around the hotel). Despite the great proximity to the airport, there isn't much else around the hotel in terms of restaurants (besides the hotel restaurant) or convenience stores. The hotel appears to cater more to local business people, as opposed to foreign tourists, and the staff's English was limited.

Location is great. Only 5 minutes from the hotel. Room is okay. Many local foods around are at cheap prices. Local people are friendly. Free shuttle bus from and to the airport.

Hotel staff are not very friendly and helpful. Female receptionists are good, but the male ones just ignore you. Wifi failed and they didnt know what to do but say sorry. Breakfast is too simple and dinner is not available.

Airport transfer. They picked us up upon arrival and take us back to the airport the next day.

Perfect to transit in Jakarta. They wait for us at the airport and the day after drive us again to the airport withouth extra cost.

Price is acceptable for this hotel, close to Jakarta international airport. Complimentary breakfast is OK, but mostly indonesian cuisine (not everyone would prefer this, though I did)

Location is close to airport, BUT, in a letdown area accross the highway. Around the hotel nothing else to find. Small bathroom, shower only produced limited hot water. Airport pickup nowhere to be seen, decided to take a taxi (overpriced in the end, for this short distance to the hotel, but meter taxi's do not run FROM the airport)

Close to airport. That's all we wanted as we had a night spare and nowhere to stay.

Nice hotel to stay if you dont have enough time to go to Jakarta but need a place to have a rest prior to your next flight the other day.

Good bed

Quite expensive for what you get... no baby cot so dont go there with your baby and no space if you have your own.

Close to airport with free transfer

Should have stipulated that free transfers were on the hour not every hour, and not at your request. We emailed 4 days before arrival asking to be picked up from airport and received no reply.

CLose proximity to BandaraSoekarno-Hatta.

NOisy. Hotel a bit rundown. Toilet not properly maintained.

Proximity to the airport. I was connecting flights but had to stay one night. Not good location if you want to visit the city.

They didnt come to pick me up at the airport even when I called and sent 2 emails. I called from the airport and 10 min later they came form me.

Amaris is a good spot only for stay one night. it's very near for the airport of Jakarta. That was my purpose to stay there

the breakfast was not very good

The good reason to spend a night here is because it is close to the airport which is easily reacheable with a free shuttle service. The room was very basic but clean and with free wifi was available.

The breakfast consisted of fried stuff which you might not want to eat as first thing in the morning. Also, the place where it was served did not seem 100% clean and the air was badly smelling fried oil.
